Hughes 9201 BGAN Inmarsat Terminal

The rugged Hughes 9201 BGAN terminal is designed for operation in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time. Multiple user support allows an entire team to share a single 9201 simultaneously, providing the site with a broadband local area network. The terminal’s small size and weight mean it can easily be moved from site to site and connected again within minutes. Operating the Hughes 9201 on Inmarsat’s BGAN satellite service, offers a true global network for teams to communicate their critical information—anywhere, anytime.

Hughes has developed a line of terminals that are equipped with tracking intelligence, enabling them to automatically point towards the satellite and transmit and receive on the move.

Hughes 9350 BGAN Mobile Satellite Terminal

The Hughes 9350 is ideal for emergency responders and military applications that require reliable, high-speed connectivity on- the- move.

With the 9350, mobile users can collaborate with staff back at headquarters using video, voice, and data simultaneously, and create a wireless hot spot for team members on the scene using the built-in Wi-Fi Access Point. The Hughes 9350 is IP-compatible and offers selectable, dedicated Quality of Service levels. The compact tracking antenna is packaged with a magnetic roof mount and a single cable connection for easy installation on any vehicle.

Direct machine-to-machine (M2M) communications means little to no human intervention is required, which is especially valuable in applications where continuous, unattended monitoring of remote sites is essential.
