Rick Lober, vice president and general manager of the Defense and Intelligence Systems Division, will speak during the plenary session on “Commercialization of MILSATCOM,” moderated by Col. Charles Cynamon, Chief, Advanced Concepts Division, U.S. Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center.
